MINUTES OF HOA MEMBER MEETINGS

An annual meeting of the Members for the purpose of voting on matters that may come before the membership is held in Cortez, Colorado, each year on a date selected by the Board. Directors are be elected at this meeting.

This meeting also includes reports on activities throughout the previous year, financial reports, and other important matters.
